Listen.
When did the signal start?
How was it communicated?
How was the message intercepted?
There is so much noise out there and my ability to distinguish the signal from the noise is mediocre at best. The noise is settling, because the conditions are mandating us to stay home. (Are you staying home? I really, really hope you are, if you can.) Is it becoming easier to distinguish the signal?
To listen with more clarity we need to declutter our mind and soften our reactions so they melt into responses that meet the moment with equal presence.
