MAKE: Hands are meant to make.

How do we embody the model of Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory (PVT) to craft a life of meaning and joy in these modern, uncertain times?

We will come together to explore a brief history of making and the relationship of making (expression) to the PVT. Next we will apply the inquiry process, Making Ideas, to uncover the ways we already make in daily lives and ways we might explore making in our daily lives.
