I am so excited and taking deliberate times of rest in the upcoming weeks. Thanks for understanding if these blog posts become less frequent or if I am not the social butterfly you are generally accustomed to seeing on social media or in person.
Can I tell you about Tending to the Whole Self? Yes? Great, thanks! I am thrilled that literally my dream is coming true. These six amazing humans said yes to my invitation to collaborate and my heart is pitter-pattering still! My vision is to create an offering for all humans to arrive, to be in community and be open to play, surprise and insight. In my on-going healing journey, which I prefer to call my journey to thriving, these humans have offered spaces and ways of being in mind, body, and spirit that are whole-hearted, expansive and nurturing to my whole self. This weekend event is an offering for the community to sample their gifts and to potentially see a glimmer of your own reflected back at you. Integrated with the experiential components, I will be facilitating a three part curriculum of sorts on Tending to the Whole Self. This curriculum is one of many gems derived from yoga teacher training, yoga therapy training, meditation teacher training, Masters-KIN studies, and my life, which includes my time in Pharmacy school.
