How do we embody the model of Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory (PVT) to craft a life of meaning and joy in these modern, uncertain times?
We will come together to explore a brief history of moving and the relationship of moving, both subtle and gross and individual and collective, to the PVT. Next we will explore movement as a method to get shift from any one particular nervous system state to begin encounter our own rhythms (body wisdom).
